Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order. Most items are produced on demand and enter production quickly. Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Shipping and Delivery

How long will it take to receive my order?
Most items are made to order and fulfilled by trusted third party production partners. Orders typically ship within two to ten business days, but may take longer during periods of high demand. Once shipped, standard delivery within the continental United States generally takes an additional five to seven business days. 

Do you ship internationally?
We primarily ship within the United States. If you are interested in international shipping, please get in touch with us, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package’s progress.

Why are some C&O 614 merchandise prices higher than others?
Some C&O 614 merchandise is produced using premium brand apparel from manufacturers such as Adidas, Eddie Bauer, Nike, The North Face, and others. These brands charge higher wholesale prices due to material quality, construction standards, and brand licensing costs. As a result, premium brand items are priced higher than standard merchandise. This allows supporters to choose between everyday apparel and high end name brand options while continuing to support C&O 614.

Is the merchandise high quality?
Yes. We prioritize quality, durability, and comfort. Many items are professionally printed or embroidered on premium brand apparel.

Order Policies

Do you accept returns or refunds?
No. All sales are final. We do not accept returns and do not issue refunds. Most items are custom produced specifically for each order. Please review sizing charts, product descriptions, and order details carefully before completing your purchase.
